This morning as I'm reading through some of my inbox postings I thought it might be worthwhile to share a few of the links that I like to keep up with when I can.
Lisa Call has the MOST mouthwatering blog. Her colors and shapes are so gorgeous. And she's got great ideas about marketing her work and shares a lot of tips. So if you're in the mood for a quick little pick me up, or want to spend more time looking through her stuff to see how her ideas might spark your own, check her out.
Then there's Barbara Winter at
Joyfully Jobless. She talks a lot about entrepreneurial spirit. Today's post discusses some of the creative marketing ideas that Anita Roddick, the founder of Body Shop, came up with in her early days. I think we get into marketing ruts, same old same old - and reading this makes me wonder - "What else could I be coming up with that would be fun and effective?"
I've mentioned
Alyson Stanfield before. She always has thought provoking posts with contributions from her huge following that make for interesting and informative dialogue.
I know we get bogged down, feeling like we don't have enough time for painting, sewing, creating, whatever it is we want to do. And spending too much time on the computer gets to be a time sink. But sometimes the right words and the right time help us pull out of our spin and find our direction again.
Are there people you've found who are good guides, who stimulate your creative juices?
